Apricot Manage
Most websites are built on one system, take payments on a second, send email from a third and keep members in a spreadsheet. Apricot Manage is one system. We built it, we host it, and every Apricot site runs on it.
Website
Pages, templates and publishing
Edit text and images in place. Pages publish as fast cached HTML with proper 404s, sitemaps, image captions and the right meta tags. Galleries can pull an album straight from a Google Photos share link.
Members
Memberships that renew themselves
Memberships run as Stripe subscriptions. The committee sees who is paid up, who is due and who has lapsed. Members see their own status and bookings in their account.
Events
Tickets, registration and attendee lists
Ticket types, registration forms, guest lists, reminder emails and a post-event export. Orders stay in step with invoices.
Shop and donations
Sell kit, take donations in any amount
Products with sizes and variations, stock, a custom-amount donate page and Stripe checkout. One cart for all of it.
Email
Campaigns from the contacts you already have
Templates, lists and segments built from the same contacts the website collects. Open and click reports per campaign.
Contacts
CRM, forms and a public directory
Every form on the site lands in the CRM, not an inbox. Saved reports. For networks, a member-editable profile that publishes to a searchable directory.
Who it is for
One core, two optional layers
The common core is contacts, email, events and the website. Memberships and the shop sit on top for sports clubs. Business profiles and a directory sit on top for networks and trade bodies. Four organisations run some version of this today, and between them they use every part of it.
It is built for volunteers and small teams. A treasurer should be able to see who has paid without ringing us, and an office manager should be able to post a news item without a manual.
