Susan Robbins and Tom Fehily's award-winning Wildberry Bakery can be found in the village of Ballineen in beautiful West Cork. Their ethos is to create great flavours and textures, while upholding the traditional baking methods Susan was taught as a child. Their influences are French, but their passion is for Irish ingredients and the excellence of Irish food. Wildberry Bakery never uses preservatives or additives in any of their products.
